What is HARDWOOD HEROES?
Hardwood Heroes is a 30-minute high school basketball program that airs each Sunday night at 11 p.m. and repeats on Mondays at 6 p.m. for eight weeks. The program continues to cover all teams in the Tri-Valley Conference (TVC) with eight boys and girls teams getting in-depth multi-media coverage each week. In 2023, Hardwood is adding a ninth school to the coverage – the Waterford Wildcats.

For Season 15 of Hardwood Heroes, we wanted to create a promotional video inspired by the "The new Big Ten Conference “Maps” commercial". To achieve this, I took the 9 teams that we cover and created a stylized animation to showcase each of them.
